UNFILTERED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from our lastest harvest, picked and pressed in late 2024. Still beautifully fresh and full of the vibrant character of a new-season oil.

Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.
