Small Scale
We work on a manageable scale. As we are just a team of two, we can guarantee that we always have personal control over how the oil gets to your table and can ensure that it lives up to our own high standards. Like oil, we are slow moving, which keeps our work sustainable in the long run, low-impact and respectful towards those we cooperate with.

Our 20 litre tubs come directly from the producers around the village of Armeni, filled at the village press.

Empty tubs are collected, cleaned and refilled with the help of SESI Refill, to supply you with fresh oil all over again.

Cold-pressed from koroneiki olives in the local village press, the oil is unfiltered and unblended, as raw and simple as it gets: basically olive juice straight from the fruit.
