Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil in our glass bottles with convenient pourer. Fresh from the on-going November 2025 harvest, available now for pre-order. Ridiculously fresh, cold pressed within hours it doesn't get fresher than this!
Expect a vibrant green oil with a peppery bite and real punch of fresh cut grass - phenomenally proud of this batch! This early-harvest “agourelleo” is being picked right now before our koroneiki olives turn fully ripe. The first batches coming through are exceptionally low in acidity (2<3%) - last year's polyphenol count was 540 mg/kg - we're waiting on the lab results for this years!
