restaurants & bakeries

From the earliest days of Honest Toil, we’ve been excited to collaborate with restaurants that share our vision of a humble, sustainable and seasonal cuisine for a healthier planet. Along the way, we’ve nurtured relationships built on close cooperation with chefs. We are proud to see both ends of the journey of our tiny koroneiki olives: from tree to table, we know the ins and outs of the whole process. This allows us to bring the immediacy and hospitality of Greek gastronomy directly to the restaurants we work with. Please get in touch if your restaurant would like to use Honest Toil.

food writers & chefs

We cherish the communality in eating that is so central to Greek food culture and is fostered by free-flowing fresh green olive oil, good company and an exchange of ideas. We've always wanted our oil to act as a catalyst for shared meals and experiences. That's why we've been working closely with some of our favourite chefs, recipe developers and food writers to bring you recipes, supper clubs, meal inspirations, etc. that match the spirit of sharing that is so central to Greek cuisine. If you're a chef or food writer and you'd like to collaborate, don't hesitate to contact us

artists

As with every other part of the Honest Toil process, we believe that design should be collaborative and organic. We both have an art background (Juli worked in a gallery and Tom used to make films) and are all too familiar with the difficulties faced by artists today. Needless to say, we also really enjoy fiddling with design ideas, new labels, and photography. Unlike the dominant trend in the olive oil industry, we like to view the look of our bottles and cans as something playful and creative, potentially changing with seasons and harvests as wine labels do.

So we’d like to say thanks to all these lovely people who have joined us on our design journey (the list is nowhere near comprehensive and we’ll keep adding artists as we work with them):
