Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil straight from the ongoing 2025 harvest, incredibly vibrant, green and alive. Ridiculously fresh, cold-pressed within hours of picking.
Expect a bright, grassy oil with a peppery bite and real punch of fresh-cut grass. This early-harvest agourelleo is picked while our koroneiki olives are still firm and green, producing exceptionally low acidity (under 0.3%). Last year’s polyphenol count was 540 mg/kg, we’re waiting on this year’s results.

Bottled in our new light-protecting dark bottles, finished with a convenient pourer and artwork by our friend Dóra Berczi.
Pop the pourer out, rinse with warm water and soap, and reuse the bottle.
