1. Using our website
All content on honest-toil.com is owned by Honest Toil. Please don’t reuse images or copy without permission.

2. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched. Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping
We ship to the UK. Delivery times are estimates. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly, but delays with couriers can occasionally happen.

4. Refunds & Returns
If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. See our full Refund & Returns Policy above.

5. Product Information
Our olive oil is a natural, seasonal product. Flavour, colour and polyphenol levels vary each harvest. This is part of the beauty of fresh EVOO.

6. Liability
We’re not responsible for losses beyond the value of your order (for example, indirect or consequential losses). This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
