UNFILTERED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Fantastically fresh cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from the current November 2024 harvest! This oil is the first of our 2024 crop, picked and pressed in November so definitely some of the freshest new season olive oil in the UK :)
Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.

Once empty, clean with warm soapy water and reuse! You can either refill with our olive oil from one of our zero waste shop partners, or use it for kombucha, cordial, water kefir, whatever tickles your fancy!
