UNFILTERED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil in our new, light-protecting dark bottles with a convenient pourer. From our 2024 harvest.
Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.
