UNFILTERED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from our latest harvest, picked and pressed in late 2024. Still beautifully fresh and full of the vibrant character of a new-season oil.
Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.

Once empty, clean with warm soapy water and reuse! You can either refill with our olive oil from one of our zero waste shop partners, or use it for kombucha, cordial, water kefir, whatever tickles your fancy!
