Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil straight from the ongoing 2025 harvest, incredibly vibrant, green and alive. Ridiculously fresh, cold pressed within hours of picking.
Expect a bright, grassy oil with a peppery bite and real punch of fresh cut grass. This early harvest agourelleo is picked while our koroneiki olives are still firm and green, producing exceptionally low acidity (under 0.3%). Last year's polyphenol count was 540 mg/kg, and we are waiting on this year's results.
